About Me

Dr. Geancarlo Abich is a Brazilian researcher specializing in performance modeling and reliability evaluation of Machine Learning models, with a focus on High-Performance Spacecraft Computing (HPSC). He is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at INESC-ID, Portugal, contributing to performance modeling targeting RISC-V-based software optimizations. Dr. Abich has a distinguished academic background and has received multiple awards for his work, including the TTTC's E. J. McCluskey Best Doctoral Thesis Award at LATS 2024.

Dr. Abich’s research revolves around achieving efficiency in various abstraction levels, enhancing both performance and reliability in software and hardware systems. His work includes:
